The RCBC Office of Distance Education creates student login accounts in batches about once every four hours. Although you may already be able to access the Blackboard system, you will not be able to see or access your course until the day it is officially scheduled to start.
If the official start date of your course has already passed, and you registered at least eight (8) hours ago and you are still unable to login or see your course:
First try to login using the instructions at http://rcbc.edu/blackboard. If that does not work, make a note of the exact step in the instructions where you ran into the issue, and the exact wording of the error message you receive. Then please contact the Office of Distance Education by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling extension 3250 at (609) 894 9311 or (856) 222-9311. Our office hours are 9:00 am to 4:45 PM, Monday-Friday.

Please note that our 24/7 helpdesk does not create student accounts, but can assist you in troubleshooting and resolving most other technical difficulties with Blackboard.
